Water Rescue Wetsuit - Manufacturer and Supplier
Our rescue wetsuit made of neoprene fabric, which has eye-catching high visibility, a certain warmth performance, and provides additional physical protection for rescuers, mainly for water rescue. Compared with ordinary wetsuit, rescue wetsuit have a high degree of flexibility through special design and the use of high-grade materials.
For river rescue in warm environments, rescue wetsuit is more suitable. Compared with rescue drysuit, it does not require more training and accessories, is easy to put on and take off, and is more flexible in movement after wearing, but rescue wetsuit is not suitable for cold environments, that is the field of use rescue drysuit.
We have the ability to develop and design professional rescue wetsuits, the chief designer has more than 20 years' experience in developing and designing wetsuits. We are also the few factories in the industry using CAD computer aided design and pattern make wetsuits. They make the whole production process more accurate. Material: CR neoprene double laminated super stretch fabric.
Thickness: 3mm (Provide other thickness).
High Visible / Reflective Tape: Eye-catching red design for easy discovery. Reflective tapes are used in multiple places to facilitate night recognition.
Process: "GBS", non-penetration stitching method after bonded with glue. The thread residue can be reinforced with "Glue" / "Spot Tape", the seam line can be reinforced with "Tape" / "Liquid".
Front Zip: Easy to put on and take off, Auto-Lock, YKK® VISLON® 10VF zip, KA press slider (brass) / TA6 plastic slider, made in Japan.
Pocket: A pocket for large items on the right thigh.
Elbows / Knees / Buttock: Abrasion resistant fabric (Strong Pad or Kevlar), strengthen protection.

YKK® VISLON® / PK® 3H Wetsuit #10 Zip
Features / Type: Zip consist of plastic teeth and polyester tape. Auto-Lock, abrasion resistant, durable to salt water, that is suitable for seawater. The types include Closed and Open.
Slider: YKK® KA press slider (brass) / YKK® TA6 plastic slider / PK® KA stainless steel slider.

Seam Construction
Flatlock: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are overlapped, the four stitches are crossed and the six lines are crossed through the neoprene fabric.
GBS: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are bonded with "Glue", the seam is then sewed with "Blind Stitch" process.
Weld: After the two pieces neoprene fabric are bonded with "Glue", the two sides of the seam is then reinforced with "Tape" / "Liquid" / "Neotape".
Seam Reinforcement
Tape Seam: Using fabric as a substrate, bonded by hot melt adhesive film, thin, the cost is relatively cheap.
Liquid Seam: Using liquid rubber as a substrate, forming a protective tape after curing, has smooth surface, and waterproof performance is the best.
Neotape Seam: Using CR neoprene as a substrate, bonded by glue, has better elasticity, firmness and waterproof performance, but the cost is relatively higher.
Thread Residue Reinforcement
Bartack: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Flatlock Stitch".
Glue End: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Blind Stitch" and the cost is cheap.
Tape End: Usually used for thread residue reinforcement of "Blind Stitch", comfortable and durable, but the cost is higher.
Neoprene Material Explain:
Normative Interpretation: "Neoprene" = "CR" ≠ "SCR" ≠ "SBR"
"Neoprene" just refers to the "CR" (Chloroprene Rubber), but now the industry "Neoprene" include "CR" (Chloroprene Rubber), "SCR" (Chloroprene & Styrene Butadiene Rubber), "SBR" (Styrene Butadiene Rubber).
